Samsung 128GB MCL-Based SSD

Samsung announced that its 1.8-inch and 2.5-inch MLC-based Solid State Drive (SSD) goes mass production. Based on the MLC NAND flash memory chips, the new SDD will be available in 128GB and 64GB capacities. You can expect a reading speed of 90MB/s and writing speed of 70MB/s.

Samsung i8510 8 Megapixel Smartphone

Samsung will release their new i8510 mobile phone that has a 8 Megapixel camera. It features a 2.8-inch 16 Million color LCD display, built-in GPS, Bluetooth, 128MB RAM, 16GB internal memory, and a microSD card slot.

The Samsung i8510 supports also HSDPA 7.2 Mbp high-speed data, WiFi, FM radio. Other than popular media formats like MP3, WMV, 3GP, MPEG-4, the i8510 is also DivX and DLNA certified. The phone runs Symbian S60 OS.
