Leica D-LUX 4 Digital Compact Camera

Leica officially announced the new D-LUX 4 compact digital camera, replacing the D-LUX 3. Leica D-LUX 4 features are:

• 10.1 Megapixel CCD image sensor
• LEICA DC VARIO-SUMMICRON 5.1-12.8 mm f/2.0-2.8 ASPH lens offering a focal length range of 24 to 60 mm in 35 mm format (2.5x optical zoom)
• 4x digital zoom
• ISO up to 3200
• 3-inch LCD display
• can capture 16:9 1280×720 HD videos at 24fps or 4:3 640×480 at 30fps
• internal 50MB memory
• supports also SD, SDHC and MMC memory cards.
